The Botanica Residence shines as a green spot in the bustling city. The facade, balconies and common areas of the building are designed to incorporate as many plants as possible, giving this cozy, calming environment a pleasant microclimate as well.

Efficient & sustainable
Our commitment to the environment doesn't end with the green facade. We put smart technologies to work, from solar panels on the roof to heat pumps and an energy management system, making the Botanica Residence energy-efficient and partially self-sufficient.
We were looking for a way to get a bit of nature into a highly attractive location in the Brno city center. These original designs featuring high-capacity flower beds complement the timeless natural materials in the interiors.
