Buy an apartment without risk
If we are arranging financing for you, we will hold a preliminary reservation on your apartment during the mortgage approval process without requiring you to pay a reservation fee. You won't have to worry that you'll lose your reservation if the process takes longer than expected.

You can buy a new apartment with a down payment of just 15% (10% if you are under 36), with the rest of the purchase price to be paid after the project is complete. Even better, the contracting bank we arrange for you will guarantee the mortgage conditions approved at the time of signing the reservation agreement. If interest rates fall before the project is completed, we will make sure to re-approve you under the better conditions.

Signing the reservation agreement and making the reservation fee payment
The reservation becomes binding upon signature of the reservation agreement and payment of the reservation fee in the amount of CZK 100,000. The reservation fee is part of the price of the property and must be paid to the company's bank account within five days of signing the reservation agreement.

Signing the future purchase agreement and paying 15% of the purchase price
Within the time frame stipulated in the reservation agreement we will sign a future purchase agreement with you, further specifying the property being purchased, the payment conditions and possible client changes.
You will need to pay 15% of the purchase price within 10 days of signing the future purchase agreement.
We will be happy to make all the arrangements for legal and notarial acts associated with preparing the agreements on your behalf.
Depending on what phase the project is in, you will be able to propose modifications to the standard layout or materials used. We will help you set up the changes so your new home can be exactly what you imagine.

Signing the purchase agreement and transfer of the apartment
After the project has been completed and has received final occupancy approval, you will pay the remaining 85% of the purchase price and we will sign the real estate transfer agreement to transfer the property into your ownership. The date of signing the agreement and entering ownership rights into the Land Register depends on the type of financing you chose and the construction status of the property.
Along with the real estate transfer agreement we will prepare all documents necessary for entering your ownership rights into the Land Register and then send them to the relevant Land Registry Office.

Handing over keys
After a detailed final review on site in the presence of the client and a representative of DOMOPLAN, it is time for signing the handover report and completing the handover of keys and documentation, especially warranty certificates and user's manuals for the equipment installed.
Upon key handover we will record the energy and water meter numbers. With your consent we will have the utilities transferred into your name, so you will not have to do any extra administrative work.
And if something goes wrong?
A warranty technician will contact you no more than five days after you make a warranty complaint to the company office. The technician will arrange a visit and any defect found will be corrected within 30 days of the technician's visit or at the time agreed.
